Welcome to Marana FC

Welcome to the inaugural season of Marana FC. We're kicking things off with our 14U Boys team, playing under AYSO 350 Alliance and representing AYSO Region 206. This page will be the home for the weekly update — a quick read every Sunday evening to set up the week ahead.

What you'll find here each week

End of the Season - What comes next?

Firstly and most importantly THANK YOU for allowing me to coach your players. As I said after the game on Sunday, it has been a pleasure and a privelege to do so. We didn't win many games this season and I am really grateful that you all stuck with Sam and me through the ups and downs and learnings of a first season.

I hope everyone gets a rest for two or three months and comes back ready to play some Alliance soccer! Looking at the teams who we will likely be playing, I think that we will be much more competitive, though my aims are still focused on growth and not just winning.

I am really close to working out the pricing and what we will provide. Here is what I expect: Price will be $450 and for that we will provide:

• Approximately 60 training sessions
• Sixteen PCJSL games
• Two complete uniforms
• One tournament up to $850 Team fee
• All registrations, background checks, referee fees, Practice field fees, lighting fees, etc.

I will leave you with a reminder about the upcoming tryouts at Rillito on May 4th and 6th starting at 6:00 pm. You have the link to registration for the tryout, do not register for the team with 350, that needs to be through Region 206.
